Have Your Say on the Future of Transport
Hertfordshire County Council is seeking your views on the proposed Hertfordshire Essex Rapid Transit (HERT) Strategy.
HERT is a proposed east-west rapid transit network that would connect key towns, rail stations, employment areas and new developments across Hertfordshire and beyond, helping people travel more easily. The strategy identifies a preferred route, proposed hub locations, and trackless tram technology as the preferred long-term mode of transport. Trackless tram technology has been chosen due to its flexibility, low cost and reduced delivery risk.
Your feedback will help us understand public views on the proposals and will be considered as part of the development of the final HERT Strategy.
